Best of 2021

It’s so good to think through what the past year has brought! Most importantly, it brought YOU, thank you for that!

Looking back, we can see when we were in the thick of COVID 19 things since for the first few months of the year all we did was make pizza and donuts, which we loved, but we are also so grateful for the opportunties to host weddings and get back on track for what we have always set out to be the last half of the year. We learned so much in 2021 no matter what we were doing and we loved every bit of it!

In February we hosted an open house, and showcased donuts, since that is most of what we did at the beginning of the year!

In March, Kaycee organized “office” trivia!

We started selling transfers in our gift shop and had a few great workshops on how to use them this spring!

April is the month for showers!

In may we had the pleasure of hosting the home school dance

In may we also hosted a mother daughter tea pary! Pictured here is some of our amazing staff who always help make events like this a success! Also pictured here is some of the decor from Sadie, who has also made the rose house a little prettier this year by assisting with decorations and our front windows!

we had several june weddings and we loved it! it is also the point where we realized we can’t do it all, and pizza and donuts were going to have to shift.

In July we hired chef Cat, this has made the ROse House so much more fun! She has made incredible food for events, and soups and sandwiches for our gift shop. We love her being a part of the rose house.

In July we also did some changes to the Belmont Room, Learn and Love it dance classes added this lovely floating floor.

We enjoyed hosting a beer pizza pairing night featuring our pizza paired with some great local brews!

August brought our largest wedding that set us up at full capacity, it was so fun! There were other great weddings, unfortunately we were too busy for photos. :-(

IN september we partnered with 89Q radio station and had so much fun hosting a mother son dance!

beautiful appetizers from an October wedding

The first dancing unicorn at the Rose House! More October wedding fun :-)

IN November we had a murder mystery masquerade! We hope to do that again soon!

We hosted two great Makers Markets. Where we also brought back the donuts and soup and sandwiches. Yum!

WE ended the year with a beautiful December wedding

One of the many great moments of 2021 is that Santa Came back after not being able to be here in 2020!

All of these things came together as a result of incredible staff! This is Andrea, our book keeper and staff support. She’s a life saver!

Brooke and Ashley, just a few of our incredible bar tenders! Not pictured are the amazing Regina, Tom, and Julia who lent a hand!

And a few of our girls who do so much work! We couldn’t do it without them.

2021 had it’s ups and downs, but these photos of the great times make looking to the future so exciting! Thank you all for being a part of the fun :-)
