Thanks for stopping by for a quick read!
We had a sweet little open house last week, it was only for 2 hours on Sunday afternoon and it was snowing and cold. If I were at home that day, it would have been challenging to get me out of the house! So as you might imagine, we weren’t too busy, but those who came, came on purpose and that is what made it spectacular. The best part of an open house is that although we love seeing how you decorate and set up, this is an excellent opportunity for us to decorate and set up how we like.
We created a charcuterie spread of appetizers in a case (to be covid friendly) and were there ready to serve it as needed.
We also experimented with donuts around a cake, we are not cake decorators, just doughnut makers, so focus on the donuts.
Along with that we set up the alter that is available to rent, we used some pink peonies decor and sheer fabric.
With an open house everything is meant to get your mind turning with ideas. I think we did that. It was a fun time! Thanks to all who came out :-)
