The week of May 18th included Arts walk and Hmong week. The Hmong culture in Stevens Point is quite active and very fun! We were privileged to be a part of the events that week.
For Arts walk we hosted Red Green Rivers and their art as well as a few other local artists and our own art.

Wiza’s Baby Cakes had a cake give away and cupcakes for sale during arts walk as well, so delicious!

The next day was the meet and greet with a famous 90’s Hmong singer, Tsabmim Xyooj. There was dinner from Mama Mai’s Noodles and lots of dancing and just plain fun.

Create Portage county was represented well!

The guy on the right was a great singer, and he got to sing with the main star, Tsabmim Xyooj!
There she is, Tsabmim Xyooj, I wish I knew what she was saying, but it really doesn’t matter since it sounded so good!
The sound people were also incredible.
It was a great night! I look forward to opportunities to do things like this again!
