It’s hard to believe we are doing anything if you have been reading and have seen our space demolished. But there is another room that is available now.

In this other space we are doing our “Freedom Cafe”

This photo pretty much shares all the information. It’s 6 weeks with amazing baked goods from JoJo’s Bakery.

It’s really nice that it is a six week public event. Because that gives us opportunity to improve with each event. We hope to feature a bit more about the different projects we are supporting. Wisconsin Nicaragua Partners has been there to chat about what they do, they are also selling their whole been coffee and pine needle baskets, as well as other items.

Our first day was super cold and it looks like our next event will be too, but with the entire week being cold we should all be used to it by next Friday!

This week JoJo brought cinnamon rolls and scones, we had over 75 baked goods along with coffee and tea. We sold out of bakery by 10:00! Next week we will be back with double.

Thanks for supporting our causes and joining us in our first public event.

Several people came and took Baked goods to go for work, you are welcome to do that as well. JoJo will prepackage them and have them all set on your arrival, just let us know.

The room this event is in, is on the corner of Strongs Ave and Clark Street. You can enter on the corner.

You can come just to check out the space as well, it is available for rent to private events.

It’s the one pictured on our blog page. You can rent it for your private events under 45 people. You can bring in your own catering. The price for this room is $20/hour. We would love to share it with you.
